Vallendale

A relatively well off kingdom in the Mid-West/Southern region of Sylgrah, at the North West most corner of the Gulf of Sylgrah. It is the closest Kingdom to Trent from the North, sharing borders with Trent, The Western Empire, and Smaller locations traveling to Ravenspire. With access to the gulf and archipelagos within, Vallendale became a core trade rout for the more inland nations of Sylgrah in the Mid-West area of the continent due to the quick access the gulf provided, making it a highly prosperous kingdom.

Vallendale's reach covers a small portion of the coast between it's two major ports and has a Northern reach of two cornering castles. Vallendale proper covers the West most port on the coast, port Rotworth covers the East most reach of the coast, Taolk castle at the North East, and Gildor castle of the North West.

The primary exports of Vallendale are meads and fine wine. This makes their need and requirements for armed patrols on their roads and escorts for traveling goods a high priority, making Vallendale one of the more formidable forces of Western Sylgrah. Their connections with Aevon and the archipelagos in the gulf also grant them a decent naval presence, however this is less prevalent than their land force.

The Coat of Vallendale is yellow with the face of a lion. This imagery dates back to the origins of settlers from Gouidaria establishing the location many years ago. Their embolden Ahmen mindset choosing the emblem to signify their sense of Nobility and resolve when facing hardships such as departing from the homeland of Gouidaria to establish a whole new country. While the primary bloodlines of the Monarchy are of Ahmen descent, there are sometimes exceptions made where in an effort to maintain alliance and strike deals, a wedding between a Men and Vulakaian is necessary, and the two must then forfeit having children of their own. They may adopt to interdict the line of successors and raise the next king, however if they do not do so or the court deems the child unfit upon his coming of age, the next blood relative eligible in line for the crown will be crowned prince and become the next king.

Vallendale's most favorable relations match to that of the kingdom of Trent when the supposed nobility and honor of the Western Empire came into question, and the aggression of Balin delving into slavery and accepting slave trade from brigands capturing travelers on the road for such.
